A poly cold end to the day

Florida 2011, Day 14, part 3:

After we got the kidcot stamp we went out to see if Father Christmas would come out to tell his story. It had stopped raining. It was getting very cold though.
We waited for a few mins and then Father Christmas came along. Mother had a poncho on so Father Christmas went up to her on the bench and was like Hello, It’s been a while since I’ve seen you isn’t it. I like your poncho I could do with borrowing it for Christmas Eve. He then went over to his stand and started his story:
He had this little bell as well that he gave to one of the kids. We took our time heading to Canada after that for our last kidcot stamp.
After that we headed back to Norway to see if we could catch the last story-teller we needed to see.
We got to Norway a little early for the Story-teller so we decided to go into the little bakery there to check out the yummies:
I decided to try some of the School Bread stuff:
It was nice but the cupcakes are still my favourite treat! Pretty soon after that Julenissen and Sigrid the Norwegian story tellers came out. This was probably the funniest story. Julenissen is like a mischievous elf and he makes people do funny things basically and he kept kind of freezing Sigrid and then might turn her around or something so when he snapped her out of the freeze she would be really confused:

Julenissen was also picking on people in the crowd. He got one boy up on stage and was making him ring a bell. He came over to me and asked me to give him some goodies. I only had the camera so he scowled and told me next time an elf comes knocking to have porridge ready for him. Right so!
More video clips of the story tellers from that day:
After I finally finished seeing all the story-tellers we decided to head out of the park. Goodbye pretty giant Christmas tree:
Of course on our way out we passed by Character Spot on the way out and with only a ten minute wait I had to run in to visit the Fab 5 one last time:
After that we said our goodbyes to Epcot and I at least promised to visit it again someday:

Once we left Epcot we headed for the monorail and to the Polynesian Resort. We were a little early for what we wanted to see so we wandered around for a while admiring their decorations and gift shop:
We planned to watch the Electric Water Pageant from the Polynesian Resort so as it got closer to the time we wandered down to the beach and got some sun loungers to sit on while we watched it:

After that we got the monorail over to the Grand Floridian. HOLY MOLY much everything from floor to ceiling looks fabulous:
They had a giant Gingerbread house in the lobby:
and of course a Giant Christmas tree as well:
It all just looked amazing. After wandering the Grand Floridian’s shops and admiring their decorations we headed back to the monorail and spotted these on the way back:
We got a bus from the Magic Kingdom to POP again. Once in POP we went for food and I checked out the kiddie play area for fun. I thought the squirrel TV thing was cute:

We headed back to the room then not looking forward to the next day as it was time to go home.
